Logan Roehm

Logan Roehm advises businesses on the legal issues they encounter throughout the life of their operations. Her practice spans corporate law, banking and regulatory compliance, commercial real estate transactions, employment matters, contract review, and business disputes, allowing her to serve as a practical resource for clients across a wide range of day-to-day legal needs.

Logan represents businesses of all sizes, with particular experience assisting banks and financial institutions, oil and gas companies, and other commercial enterprises. Clients value her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping them navigate regulatory requirements, negotiate transactions, resolve operational issues, and minimize legal risk as their businesses grow.

Because her practice touches many areas of business law, Logan works closely with clients and colleagues to deliver coordinated, practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

Logan joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers PLLC as an Associate Attorney in 2024 after clerking with the firm during law school. She graduated first in her class from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she received the Judge W. Lee Johnson Award for the highest cumulative GPA and the Oklahoma Bar Association Outstanding Senior Award.

During law school, Logan served as Articles Selection Editor of the Tulsa Law Review and as Treasurer of both the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Caucus. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jodi F. Jayne, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
