Former U.S. Attorney Danny C. Williams, Sr. is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex litigation, civil rights matters, criminal defense, internal investigations, condemnation law, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation.
Clients rely on Danny for strategic advocacy and leadership in high-stakes matters involving government investigations, criminal allegations, catastrophic injuries, constitutional issues, and significant public or operational exposure. He is known for his courtroom experience, leadership under pressure, and ability to navigate sensitive and complex disputes.
Danny served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma from August 2012 through March 2017. During his tenure, he led several major federal investigations, including one that resulted in the largest indictment in the history of the Northern District of Oklahoma. He also initiated the Violent Crimes Task Force, a collaborative effort among local and federal law enforcement agencies that led to significant prosecutions involving the trafficking of minor children.
Before serving as United States Attorney, Danny served as an Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa County from 1991 to 1993 and built substantial litigation experience in private practice handling civil, commercial, and criminal matters.
Danny is also widely recognized for his community leadership and civic involvement throughout Tulsa and Oklahoma.
