• Advised nonprofit organizations on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and financing.
• Handled senior, mezzanine, and subordinated loan originations involving hospitality, construction, mixed-use, retail, and healthcare assets.
• Represented the administrative agent in a $600 million senior secured revolving credit facility for a global energy company, supporting global acquisitions, including maritime LNG vessel liens and collateral located in numerous foreign jurisdictions.
• Represented the administrative agent in a $1.9 billion syndicated credit facility consisting of a $1.4 billion revolving credit facility and a $500 million term loan for refinancing and working capital purposes.
• Represented the administrative agent in a $140 million reserve-based syndicated senior secured credit facility for an oil and gas exploration company.
• Developed a comprehensive suite of loan documents, including a Master Repurchase Agreement, for an institutional lender’s new mortgage warehouse lending program.
• Represented developers in negotiating design, consulting, and construction agreements for A Gathering Place for Tulsa, the Bob Dylan Center, the
• Greenwood Rising Black Wall Street History Center, and Tulsa’s pedestrian bridge spanning the Arkansas River.
