Alex Roldan is an attorney focusing on ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters. Alex regularly advises buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions by identifying, evaluating, and correcting employee benefit and executive compensation issues, including matters involving Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code. He also counsels clients regarding plan design, implementation, administration, terminations, and employee benefit tax considerations arising from business consolidations and workforce transitions.
In addition, Alex advises employers and executives regarding executive compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and equity incentive plans. His work includes drafting executive employment agreements, award agreements, plan documents, and related securities filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
