Arianna Cole focuses her practice on banking, commercial finance services, and general corporate and transactional matters. She represents banks, private equity funds, and other borrowers in a broad range of sophisticated lending and finance transactions.
Her experience includes acquisition and leveraged financings, tribal finance transactions, asset-based lending, reserve-based lending, commercial real estate and construction financing, and general working capital facilities. Clients rely on Arianna for practical, detail-oriented counsel that helps structure transactions efficiently while addressing operational, regulatory, and business considerations.
Arianna advises financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers on complex financing arrangements involving substantial capital commitments, syndicated or participated structures, and layered collateral. She is known for her strong analytical approach, responsiveness, and ability to manage sophisticated transactions effectively from structuring through closing.
During law school, Arianna served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
